Shrieve Chemical Company was formed in 1978 in The Woodlands, Texas,
to supply sulfur based commodities. From this strong base, Shrieve Chemical expanded into sulfuric acid and nitrogen based products.
Shrieve Chemical Products
was established 10 years later
after acquiring the Chevron ZerolTM business which has since been
developed into specialty performance fluids. In 1995 Shrieve expanded
once again with the oilfield
chemicals division, focused on supplying environmentally friendly
drilling fluids and lubricants. Our formulation
expertise has been developed to meet customer requirements across the
world.
Expansion plans in 1999 created Shrieve Products International Ltd. headquartered in the United Kingdom. In 2008, Shrieve Chemical Shanghai was established to address a growing demand for our products within the Asia Pacific region.
